KidsWork Children's Museum
KidsWork Children's Museum has a long and interesting history. It was founded in 1997 by a group of local parents who wanted to provide a place for kids to learn and have fun. At the time, it was the only children's museum in the area. KidsWork has always been dedicated to providing educational experiences for kids. In addition to its exhibits, the museum offers classes and workshops on various topics. It also hosts birthday parties and other special events. Over the years, KidsWork has grown and changed. In 2010, it moved from its original location to a new building three times larger. The new facility includes more exhibits, classrooms, and event spaces.
KidsWork is a popular destination for families in the area, and it has received a lot of media attention. The museum was featured on the popular local television show The Great Day Live!
In 2003, KidsWork opened a second location to help accommodate its growing number of visitors. This facility is located in Washington County. In addition to providing many of the same experiences as KidsWork's original location, this branch focuses on nature education.
In total, KidsWork offers more than 50 exhibits and events at each facility. For younger children, there are three age-appropriate playhouses that they can explore. At the same time, older kids enjoy activities like building with large foam blocks or constructing a race car that works. There are also several large play areas where kids can run and climb.
KidsWork is a great place for kids to learn and have fun. Its exhibits are both educational and engaging, and its staff is passionate about providing a positive experience for every visitor. If you're looking for something fun to do with your family, KidsWork should be at the top of your list!
